This 5×5 Reading features five local writers: Carolyn Holbrook, Louise Waakaa’igan, Marlin M. Jenkins, Rachel Moritz, and Ty Chapman. Each reader will have five minutes to share work; after the main reading, there will be a short break for refreshments, followed by an open mic period, when all are invited to share their work.
This gathering, and the open mic afterward, will be hosted by Davi Gray, Erin Sharkey, and Louise Waakaa’igan, and it’s a collaboration between Reentry Lab and MN Prison Writing Workshop. Light refreshments will be served at this free event; masks are required at Moon Palace Books.
